CRM Manager

We're now looking for a CRM Manager to take ownership of our customer lifecycle strategy as we enter the next stage of growth. You'll lead our end-to-end customer communications across email and other owned channels, driving retention, engagement and long-term customer value through compelling content. This is a commercially focused role with real impact - responsible for turning data and insight into high-performing campaigns, automations and personalised customer journeys. The right candidate will bring an entrepreneurial mindset, be comfortable getting stuck in, and think creatively about how we engage and grow our customer base.

Ecommerce Manager

We're looking for an Ecommerce Manager to join us for our next stage of growth. As one of the UK's leading direct-to-consumer roasters, our website is where is all starts for most of our customers. It's one of our most important assets, and we need someone to take the helm shaping the experience for both new customers and our growing community of subscribers. The role involves leading the overall performance of the ecommerce platform, driving revenue, retention and conversion improvements, delivering customer-centric digital experiences, supporting digital marketing initiatives, and owning the end-to-end subscription experience. It also encompasses platform management, UX, CRO, SEO, LLM, analytics, reporting, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
